New Development in Delacombe

Integra are pleased to announce a new subdivision located adjacent to the Delacombe Town Centre Precinct in the Ballarat West Growth Zone. This new development, called DTC Edge will consist of 64 homesites ranging in size from 690m2 to 315m2 and priced from $140,000.

 

The 5 hectare site is located adjacent to the future stage 2 of Delacombe Town Centre and 100m from the current Delacombe Town Centre facilities.

An on-site childcare centre will be located on a 2925m2 area across from stage 2 of Delacombe Town Centre.

DTC Edge is located on a newly upgraded section of Cherry Flat Road.

A future Ballarat City Council park will be located across from the development

Ballarat’s population is predicted to increase over the next 15 years, so a series of road upgrades are being rolled out to improve traffic flow at key intersections.
