Construction at Viewpoint progressed very well after some challenges late in 2022. This progress has not only added value to our growing community and has also helped to improve essential infrastructure.

The construction of the wetlands precinct extension has commenced. The extension includes the addition of detention basins that will help to address stormwater quality discharging from surrounding developments. This will provide significant improvement in the sustainability of the area and will help to protect the local wildlife and natural habitats.

Stages F2, the Toomey release, and F3, the Whitelock release, are now approaching the compliance stage, which is due to be received in early March. This means that titles are fast approaching, and residents will soon be able to take ownership of their new homesites. These stages are highly anticipated, and purchasers are looking forward to commencing the construction of their new homes.

Construction on stages F7, the Ayton release, and G1, the Yeoman release, has commenced on schedule and is on track for completion in mid-late 2023. Some lots are still available in these stages and can be viewed here

Upgrade works on Waratah Road just east of Viewpoint Central Park have been completed, and the construction of footpaths on the northern side of the road has been completed. This allows for pedestrian connectivity to Central Park, making it easier and safer for residents to access the park. These upgrades have greatly improved the connectivity for current and future residents at Viewpoint.
